Dear Holiday Inn National Airport:
 
I am writing on behalf of my organization to thank you and the staff of the Holiday Inn National Airport for the tremendous hospitality and absolutely outstanding service that was provided to our members during the event we held at your hotel in February.  The service our attendees received from your staff was truly exceptional!  In fact, I know that in several instances, staff members went way above and beyond their reasonable duty to hotel guests in order to address needs of customers from our organization as soon as they became aware of those needs.  I recognize that this sometimes took a great deal of time and resources away from their other responsibilities, but these actions demonstrated a level of concern for others that is commendable.  We appreciated it tremendously.
 
The level of courtesy, kindness, and caring that were shown to our members by everyone on the staff of your facility throughout our event was exemplary.  Please let your staff know that all of us think they are a pretty special group of people.  All of us look forward to coming back to the Holiday Inn National Airport each year.

On behalf of the Organizers Committee for CNC's 2012 at the Holiday Inn in Crystal City. I want to express my sincerely gratitude toward the Hotel Staffs and especially the Banquet's Staffs provided with their professional services in assisting to our needs for two days from start to the finish. I want you to know that without your staffs is full cooperation and services that they provided to our request and our guest at this convention this will not be a successful event without your team and especially you.
