To Whom It May Concern:

Over the course of the past eight months we have been working with the Holiday Inn National Airport on a series of training programs for a government agency each week.

Training can always be a challenging issue for any organization in just developing the content. However, working with the hotel team allowed us to focus on training and development and not have to worry about the facility or food. I will be honest, I was reluctant to use a Holiday Inn brand due to the perception of both poor service and quality of hotel. However, they have completely changed my perception.

At the onset the hotel sales team was excellent with follow up and detail. This continued to the operations team that has been flawless. I can not say enough about this hotel and the team. They have exceeded my expectations across the board and will use them as well as recommend them to colleagues.

Please pass along my thoughts to the appropriate individuals, Matthew Evans, Phil Saims and Carlos Alvarado, to ensure the team is recognized for excellent service.

Recently we hosted a meeting at the Holiday Inn National Airport. I must say that I was very surprised at the level of service that I experienced throughout the process.

The entire experience was flawless from the sales process to the event itself. Every detail was attended to and nothing was left undone due to the excellent staff at the Holiday Inn National Airport. The hotel was so flexible that even on the day of the event they completely changed the requirements based upon my needs.

This delegation has very high expectations and the hotel exceeded them. I can see why this hotel is ranked in the top 10% for guest satisfaction and was selected to launch the new brand standards for Holiday Inn! It was such a pleasure to meet you all on Tuesday during Barbara’s training. I am writing to thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for being so accommodating to Barbara in view of her reduced attendance. You helped save her day!!

It has been a pleasure to work with the catering and sales staff of the Holiday Inn National Airport. As a mid-sized membership-based association, we know what good customer service is and is not. The Holiday Inn National Airport definitely demonstrates customer service.

They have been accommodating of our specific needs, whether it is addressing our organization’s Healthy Foods Policy, or offering individual billing for those attendees who have constraints on meals they can allow to be purchased for them, or helping develop creative and cost effective events geared toward our executive level partners.

I will be using this venue in the future and have even gone as far as to recommend them to several other associations in the Washington, DC area. This is definitely a venue to be considered.

A simple thank you does not seem sincere enough for the great reunion we experienced last month in Arlington. The Holiday Inn was a great choice for this reunion. Your location was wonderful and your staff handled everything very professionally. Your hotel was very accommodating with our early arrivals, providing the supplies for our hospitality room, the group dinners, various meetings and the Saturday evening banquet was elegant. One veteran was impressed at how nice the banquet room was decorated. Carlos did a wonderful job to ensure that our banquet and dinners went well; he was great to work with. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful with the veterans and their families and every staff person I encountered asked me how may stay was! Your staff made the reunion a success. Thank you.

I have been overseeing this group's reunions for 4 years and I am very pleased when a hotel delivers all I ask for. I have worked with hotels that promise but do not deliver. Your hotel went above and beyond.

Matt, thank you again for making this reunion memorable and all the hard work you put into making it a successful reunion.

I want to tahnk you fro the exceelent support you and your team at the Holiday Inn provided to our seminar in September.

As you know, any functio of this type that requires a great deal of work can only be a success if there are individuals comprising a support team that are dedicated to making it a success.  Your team was responsible for a myriad of items such as lodging, food preparation and service, as well as hosting an excellent social function for our 135 attendees.  All of the support provided by the Holiday Inn was excellent, which was attested to by comments from our attendees on several different occasions.

Again, I thank you and all the staff at the Holiday Inn for your support and hopefully can call on you for support of future functions held.
